2011 NCYC Familiarization Tour
September 7-9, 2010
In preparation for the 2011 NCYC, Called to Glory, the NFCYM and the Youth Events Management Committee invite Group Leaders* to participate in a Familiarization (FAM) Tour to Indianapolis, Indiana—host of the 2011 National Catholic Youth Conference
This trip gives group leaders the opportunity to:
- learn and share best practices for planning and preparing for their NCYC pilgrimage
- hear highlights of 2011 programming
- review registration forms, processes, and policies
- walk through the convention facilities
- tour hotels and see the city
- and experience a little bit of Indianapolis hospitality.
Registration and Costs
Registration deadline for the FAM Tour was August 16, 2010.
Hotel Reservations
Room reservations at the Embassy Suites may be made by calling the hotel directly at 317-326-1800. Be sure to ask for the "NFC" rate to receive the group rate.
