If your group is driving to Indianapolis by car or van, you've got your ground transportation in Indianapolis covered. If your group is staying at a downtown hotel, you won't need transportation to/from Lucas Oil Stadium/Indiana Convention Center ("convention facilities") each day, though if you are flying to Indianapolis, you will need transportation between the airport and your hotel. If you are staying at an outlying hotel, you will need daily transportation to/from the convention facilities and perhaps to/from the airport upon your arrival.
For group leaders arriving ahead of their groups and/or smaller groups (less than 15 people), another option for airport transportation is the IndyGo Green Line. IndyGo is Indianapolis' public transportation system which provides non-stop service from Indianapolis International Airport to downtown for $7 per trip (half fares available for those under age 18 or over age 65 and those with disabilities). Buses run every 20 minutes daily 5:00 am-9:00 pm. The Green Line times are approximate and may vary due to road and traffic conditions. Passengers may purchase fare passes in advance by calling IndyGo (317.635.3344 or Relay Indiana: 711 in Indiana or 800.743.3333 elsewhere in the USA), or by visiting them online. Passengers may also pay with credit card (Visa or Mastercard) on the bus. NOTE: This service is open to the public and availability of seats may be limited.
The Indiana Convention Center does not have its own parking lot. Click here for a map of downtown parking facilities.
