Welcome to the NCYC Group Leaders Resource Page. Here you will find just about everything you need in order to develop a solid, safe, and faith-filled pilgrimage for the young people and adult chaperones that you will be leading to Indianapolis in November 2011.
Organizing a trip this size is both exciting and challenging. To get started, check our page on getting organized for the months ahead.
Group leaders wishing to participate in the Early Assignment Process must submit their Hotel Request Forms (Form 1) no later than Friday, October 22, 2010. Hotel Request Forms will continue to be accepted until Friday, July 29, 2011, and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis once all Early Assignment participants have been accommodated. Review the NCYC Room Block, learn about housing procedures, and review other hotel related information.
NFCYM strives to include opportunities for young people to play a direct part in NCYC. Review details about these programs and download the application/registration information.
Group leaders are free to make their own transportation and food arrangements, so a few options are provided to make your planning a bit easier.
NCYC attendees-youth and adults-are encouraged to participate in the service project donations being collected during NCYC in the Thematic Park. Each region is asked to contribute specific items. A link to the flyer outlining the items is available here - download service project flyer.

As in previous years, a collection will be taken during the closing Mass on Saturday night. The proceeds of this collection help to fund the many grants and scholarships awarded by the Catholic Youth Foundation, USA. Attendeesa are being challenged to Put 5 Aside for the collection.
