Are You an NCYC Group Leader?

Generally, the NCYC group leader is the diocesan director of youth ministry or his/her designated representative. If you are not the designated group leader for your diocese, or his/her official representative, NFCYM cannot accept hotel requests or registrations from you. To participate in NCYC you will need to contact the designated group leader and complete the registration process through him/her.

  1. View the complete list of diocesan NCYC group leaders.
  2. If your diocese is not listed above, determine if your diocese is an approved direct registration diocese, in which case NFCYM can accept hotel requests and registration paperwork from you.
  3. If you still do not see your diocese listed, contact NFCYM for assistance.

Why Does NFCYM Register Mainly through Dioceses?

The National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry (NFCYM) is a membership organization made up of affiliated Catholic dioceses and collaborating members. As a membership organization NFCYM chooses to process NCYC registrations through its member dioceses. In some cases, NFCYM allows parishes and high schools to register directly. This exception applies mainly to dioceses without a functioning youth ministry office, non-NFCYM affiliated dioceses, and those NFCYM member dioceses requesting special exception.
