2011 NCYC Familiarization Tour
September 7-9, 2010

In preparation for the 2011 NCYC, Called to Glory, the NFCYM and the Youth Events Management Committee invite Group Leaders* to participate in a Familiarization (FAM) Tour to Indianapolis, Indiana—host of the 2011 National Catholic Youth Conference

This trip gives group leaders the opportunity to:

  • learn and share best practices for planning and preparing for their NCYC pilgrimage
  • hear highlights of 2011 programming
  • review registration forms, processes, and policies
  • walk through the convention facilities
  • tour hotels and see the city
  • and experience a little bit of Indianapolis hospitality.

Registration and Costs

Registration for the FAM Tour is complimentary through the form provided. There is no limit to the number of participants from any one diocesan/parish group, but each participant must complete a separate form. Participants are responsible for the cost of their travel/airfare, housing, and some meals.

Please register by August 16, 2010.

The official hotel for the 2011 NCYC Familiarization Tour is the Embassy Suites Downtown Indianapolis. the room rate is $109/night plus tax (17%), single or double occupancy, and includes a hot breakfast.
